The Figure 8 Embodiment Lab (fig8lab.app) is operated by Figure 8 Intelligence, doing business as the Figure 8 Embodiment Lab™ ("we," "us," or "our"). You can reach us any time at [email protected].
Information you give us. When you request free access to the Lab or opt in to our list, we collect the details you enter — typically your first name and email address, and your newsletter preference. If you choose to write inside the Lab or complete your BYOB — Before You Own It Brief, that content is yours; we process it only to provide the experience to you.
Information collected automatically. Like most sites, we and our providers may collect basic technical and usage information (such as device/browser type, pages viewed, and general location inferred from IP) through cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working and to understand what's helpful.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade your email address. We share information only with trusted service providers who help us run the Lab — for example our funnel and email platform (GrowthHub365 / GoHighLevel), hosting, and analytics providers — and only so they can perform services for us. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer.
We use cookies and similar tools to remember preferences and measure how our pages perform. You can control cookies through your browser settings; some features may not work without them.
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the Lab and for legitimate business or legal purposes, then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
The Figure 8 Embodiment Lab is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the Lab means you accept the current version.

The Figure 8 Embodiment Lab is a calm practice space for closing the AI Ownership Gap — a place to practice explaining, owning, and defending your own work. Access to the Lab is provided to you free. The Lab is offered for personal and professional development and practice; it is an educational and practice tool, described more fully in the Disclaimer below.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Lab and to provide us your information.
The Figure 8 Embodiment Lab, Figure 8 Intelligence™, the Figure 8 Intelligence Framework, the Anchor Framework, the AI Ownership Gap, the TOOL Framework, the BYOB — Before You Own It Brief, and all related names, logos, text, designs, and materials are owned by Figure 8 Intelligence and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use them for your own practice. Everything you create and bring into the Lab remains yours; you grant us only the permission needed to operate the service for you.
The Lab uses AI-assisted tools to support your practice. AI outputs can be imperfect, incomplete, or inaccurate, and are provided for reflection only — never as professional advice. Humans lead; AI amplifies. You are responsible for how you use anything produced with these tools.
Our pages may link to or rely on third-party services. We aren't responsible for their content, practices, or policies; your use of them is governed by their terms.
The Lab and all content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law (see the Disclaimer below). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Figure 8 Intelligence and our team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Lab.
We may suspend or end access to the Lab, or update or discontinue features, at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last Updated" date shows the current version. Continued use of the Lab means you accept the updated Terms.
